Ikebana Dojo Special Program with Ken Katayama sensei (http://www.ken-katayama.net/ ) on 25 August 2020. 

Mr Katayama is an internationally renowned Ikebana master, based in Fukuoka, Japan. He has taught and performed Ikebana all around the world and is one of the most popular Ikebana masters today. 

He is a “RIJI” of the Sogetsu School Teacher’s Association, and secretary-general of the Nishi-nihon Kado Federation, Fukuoka Chapter among many other positions. In 2017 he was the World Convention Chairperson for Ikebana International 11th World Convention, and in 2019 he presented Welcome Flowers at G20 Fukuoka Welcome Reception. 

Mr Katayama kindly supports our project because he wants to cheer up the many ikebana practitioners around the world who are suffering or experiencing inconvenience due to the COVID 19.
